What exactly do you sell?
Services that grow followers, likes, views, comments and more on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram and X. You choose the service, set the quantity and paste your link.
Do you need my account password?
Never. We do not ask for your social account passwords or login details, only the link to your account or post. Make sure the account is public so the order can run.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the service and quantity. Start time and speed are usually in the service name (such as INSTANT or 100-500/day), and you can follow your order in My orders.
Are the followers real? Can they drop?
The service type is in its name and description (for example REAL). Some services include a refill if the count drops (REFILL) and some do not. Read the description before ordering; we do not guarantee outcomes.
How do I add funds?
From the Wallet page, choose an available method. Online payments are credited after gateway confirmation; bank transfers are credited after the receipt is reviewed and funds are received.
Is the calculator price final?
The calculator is only an estimate and never charges you. The review page shows the final price before you confirm. The amount may be rounded to the nearest US cent, and we show you when it is.
Can I cancel an order or get a refund?
An order that has not started can be cancelled. Once it is running, cancel or refill depends on the service. If an order is rejected or only partly delivered, the remainder returns to your balance automatically.
How do I contact support?
From your account open a support ticket with a description and a screenshot if you have one; our reply is emailed to you and shown inside the ticket.
